Telephone Assistance

Unlimited at no charge, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Unlimited at no charge during Axon regular business hours.  This is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, excluding holidays.

Outside of Axon normal business days and hours, at the rate of $250 per call.

Advance Replacement Modules

You pay only shipping and handling, both ways.

The price of advance replacement modules is located in the Extended Service Agreement, Paragraph E.

For example, an advance replacement Processor Card would be $2,000 plus shipping and handling, both ways.

Replacement
Integrated
Circuits

Integrated circuits are sent without charge, as required.  You pay only shipping and handling, one way.

Integrated circuits are billed at our list price; minimum order is $50 plus shipping and handling.

Repairs

Covered Modules sent to Axon will be repaired at no charge.  You pay only shipping and handling both ways.
