ESA Terms and Conditions, page 6 H. CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: When shipping equipment into Canada, we use a freight forwarder or United Parcel Service. When a shipment arrives in Canada, it must be cleared through a Canadian broker. YOU MUST, therefore, select a broker to represent you. You could, for example, consider using our freight forwarder or United Parcel Service. The broker you select may ask you to complete some required customs forms, including a power of attorney. Once you have selected your broker, you MUST give us the broker's name, address, and telephone number, so that if we need to send you any equipment we can correctly complete our shipping documents. There will also be various charges involved with the import of replacement parts into Canada (dollar exchange rate, duty, Canadian taxes, shipping, broker fees, etc.). Please be advised that you are responsible for these charges and they are not covered by the Extended Service Agreement. We claim the lowest possible (legal) value on replacement parts and software to assure the lowest cost to you. We request that all Canadian customers remit in U.S. Dollars. TO RECEIVE SERVICE YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED EXTENDED SERVICE AGREEMENT (ESA) CUSTOMER.
